Most brides reach us nine to eighteen months before the wedding, and peak-season Saturdays go first. Our 2027 books are open. If your date is closer than a year out, ask. We can often make it work.

One of us will be in touch within [one week] to set up a FaceTime call. We talk through your day, you get a sense of us, and if it feels right we hold your date with a deposit and a contract. Your proposal comes from that call, built for the morning we discussed.

Starting figures are on our Services page — the bridal package begins at $1,200, with hair and makeup for attendants from $200 each. Every wedding is then quoted individually for its team, hours, and travel, and minimums apply by location. Your proposal follows our call.

No. Gratuity is entirely at your discretion. If you would like to leave one, it can be added through the booking portal or given on the day.

Our team is eight artists, which lets us take parties of up to twelve with an unhurried timeline when the full team comes. Larger parties are possible with an earlier start. Everyone in the room is welcome — bridesmaids, mothers, grandmothers, flower girls, and grooms or groomsmen, built into the same timeline — coordinated to the same palette and finish, and no one looking the same.

At least two hours set aside for you alone, two to six months before the wedding, at our salon in Bozeman. If coming to us is not possible, we can come to you for a travel fee. We learn your hair and your skin, find out what you love and what you cannot stand, and build the look once so that on the morning we are repeating something already decided. It is included in every bridal package.

With clean, dry hair and a bare face. Bring your veil, any hair accessories, skincare or makeup you already love, and a mood board with a few images of what you do not want. We will talk extensions then — clip-ins are right for nearly every bride, and we will order or color-match them for you.

Yes, and most of our destination brides do. We will find a date when you are in town, often tied to a venue visit or a tasting. If a visit is not possible, we will work around it with a longer FaceTime consultation and a detailed look at your photographs.

We ask your planner for the photography call time and the ceremony start, then work backward. You get names, chair times, and finish times in writing, early enough that your planner can build the rest of the morning around it. Finishing early is the point of the whole schedule: you should be sitting down, dressed, with time in hand before the photographer arrives.

It depends on the size of your party and how many of us are coming. As a guide, a party of eight with four artists is usually finished in three to four hours, with everyone working in parallel. We arrive ahead of your party, with time to set up before the first person sits down.

Clean, dry hair, no makeup, and a top that does not have to come off over the head. Dry hair matters more than it sounds: wet hair has to be blow-dried and prepped before we can begin, which adds a fee and pushes the timeline for everyone after. Unless we have arranged it ahead of time, please arrive dry. We ask everyone to be in the room ten minutes before their chair time, fed and watered, and to drink more water than you think you need in the days before. It shows on camera more than anything we can do.

Yes. Every bridal package includes a custom sunless tan for you, with its own trial so the color is right before the day, timed to your date — real color if you want it, or a light, even finish that softens tan lines and reads well on camera. Two to three days before the wedding is right, and we will put it on your schedule. Your party can have one too, on site or at the Ceremony spa.

Drink water, for weeks not days. Beyond that, a series of Glo2 facials in the months before is what we recommend most — gentle enough to have inside the wedding week, and the difference shows on camera. They are booked through the spa, as are the bridal party spa days.

Bozeman is home, and from there we reach Big Sky, Livingston, Paradise Valley, the Gallatin Valley, and beyond. Travel is part of your proposal, based on distance and the number of artists coming, and nothing is added afterward. Depending on the distance and your start time, we may come the night before so the morning begins unhurried.
